Exceptional food, friendly service and sweeping view across the lake of Bellagio and Varenna. Location right by the ferry, hikes or restaurants, and -Varenna and Menaggio. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a scenic park.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at this family-run hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry and stunning views of the lake and nearby towns. The hotel had a cozy and home-like atmosphere that made us feel welcome. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to offer recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fact that the hotel had its own bar where we could relax with a drink and enjoy the views.
Although the location was convenient for exploring the area, the road noise from the busy street outside could be a bit loud at night. the room we stayed in was a bit small, although it was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in this city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, away from the more touristy areas but still within a short walk to shops and nearby attractions. The hotel facilities werevery comfy and tidy, and the views of the lake were fine. Breakfast was included and delicious with homemade jams and bread.
All was good.
